Captain Christian Atal was born in Santiago, Chile. He has dedicated his life to the sea. He became the Captain and owner of Murielle at Puerto Montt, a port located south of the Chilean coast. Before setting sails to the Caribbean and the world, he experienced rough sailing in the cold Chilean waters, exploring the most spectacular fiords and glaciers through the South Pacific. For years he organized diving expeditions, and now he is fully attending his chartering activity at Murielle’s live aboard. Captain Atal is also a professional underwater cameraman and he has captured impressive and unique images of under water life at the most remote places throughout the world.
